IHC is, or should be, "in a world where mons are a norm across history, we humans took this and that from them". Like for the Nidoran article update, where I'm taking an idea from TCG that humans took the custom of giftin jewelry to potential mates from the Royal Couples.

In fact, given the factors above, the less tightly defined a reference in a IHC section is, the better, IMO.
